The Clinton County Homeless Shelter was founded in 1987 by the Clinton County Ministerial Association. The Clinton County Homeless Shelter relies upon donations from individuals,bussinesses,civic organizations , and matching grants from other charitable organizations, such as United Way, and grants from the state and federal government programs.
Our mission statement is to provide emergency shelter,compassionate care and support to the homeless and underprivleged remembering that each resident is a person of worth regardless of age, creed,race,sex, or personality.
We will strive to encourage and offer basic tools and resources to those we work with as they regain thier independence and dignity as we help them find safe and affordable housing.
